PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extrusion-mold a resin, even when it is a scrap raw material which is high in water absorbency and easily hydrolyzed, by prompt deaeration from vent holes. SOLUTION: At least on one side of the barrel 12 of a one-way rotation type twin-screw extruder, the first-third side vent holes 4A-4C are formed diagonally above, a suction box 23 covering the holes 4A-4C is installed, a vacuum pump is connected with the box 23 through a duct 25, and a slanted bottom plate 23a which faces a roof 23b and is slanted downward toward the outside is installed. |
