PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel pyrrolotriazoles that are useful as a synthetic intermediate for the couplers of the silver halide color photography photosensitive material; and provide the silver halide color photography photosensitive material that includes said pyrrolotriazole cyan coupler, shows excellent color reproducibility and the high color image fastness with reduced cyan stain caused by the reaction with the remaining main color-developing chemical, reduced bricks color fading and extremely reduced magenta stain and shows increased treatment stability. SOLUTION: This silver halide color photography photosensitive material contains, in at least one layer on the base material, a coupler represented by the general formula (I), wherein X is a H atom, or a group that are uncoupled in the coupling reaction with the oxidized form of the aromatic primary amine color-developing main agent; R1 and R2 are each an electron attracting group with the Hammett's substituent constant,σp value of >=0.20 where the sum of theσp values is >=0.65; G1 and G2 are each a N tom or a substituent. This invention additionally provides pyrrolotriazoles represented by the general formula (I).
