PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel link mechanism support bearing small and high in performance at a low cost. SOLUTION: Inner engaging grooves 14 of circular arc shaped cross section are respectively formed in a plurality of circumferential parts of the outer peripheral surface of an inner ring 13 perpendicularly to the circumferential direction. Outer engaging grooves 16 of circular arc shaped cross section are respectively formed in a plurality of circumferential parts of the inner peripheral surface of an outer ring 15 provided around the inner ring 13, so as to be opposed to the respective inner engaging grooves 14. A plurality of balls 18 are provided rollably along the respective inner engaging grooves 14 and outer engaging grooves 16 in the state of being held between the respective inner engaging grooves 14 and outer engaging grooves 16 by a cage 17. The inner ring 13 is externally fitted and fixed to the end part of a first link element 5 or a second link element 6, and the outer ring 15 is fixedly connected to the corner part of a moving base or a fixed base.
