PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refined human protein, to provide a DNA fragment containing a full-length cDNA encoding the above protein, to provide an expression vector for the above DNA fragment, to provide a transformed cell obtained by the aid of the above vector, and to provide an antibody to the above protein. SOLUTION: This refined human protein having either one of amino acid sequences respectively shown by sequence No.1 to 10 in the specification is provided. The 2nd objective DNA fragment having one of base sequences respectively shown by sequence No.11 to 20 in the specification is provided. The 3rd objective expression vector for the above DNA fragment is provided. The 4th objective transformed cell is obtained by the aid of the above vector. The 5th objective antibody to the above protein is provided.
