PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking tower garage capable of surely and quickly lifting and lowering a pallet lifting and lowering body at emergency having need of lifting the pallet lifting and lowering body immediately. SOLUTION: An emergency operation switch 33 and the like are arranged on a sub-operation board 30. The switch 33 is for releasing an interlocking function, and an on signal is output by pressing a switch part comprising a push button capable of being directly operated by the hand of an operator. The switch 33 is pushed by the operator, in the case where the on signal is output from the switch 33, the lifting and lowering body selected regardless of the position of the pallet lifting and lowering body except for the pallet lifting and lowering body selected by a selection switch 26 can be lifted and lowered, namely, becomes a state releasing an interlocking function, and the two or more pallet lifting and lowering bodies can be lifted and lowered.
