PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melting deflection block capable of connecting water flow pipes having diameters different from a deflection water flow pipe and simplifying the structure of the deflection water flow pipe. SOLUTION: All joint ends Q of a deflection water flow pipe 2 are embedded in the joint ends P of a concrete deflection block. Receiving and connecting parts 6 in which one end L of a water flow pipe 4 projected at one end K of a concrete block 1 can be received and connected is provided at the connection end of the concrete deflection block. At least one of the receiving and connecting part 6 is formed to have a receiving and connecting part projected at one end of the concrete block, capable of receiving and connecting one end of a water flow pipe having a pipe diameter different from the deflection water flow pipe.
