PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer-nail driving machine to affix a waterproof sheet, etc., using washers and nails, whereby it is prevented that nails solely are ejected when there are no more washers of coupling type accommodated in a washer magazine. SOLUTION: A washer sensing lever 31 rotating in the horizontal direction is pivoted on a guide rail part 26 of each piece of washers W of coupling type and is energized so that the tip of the lever 31 is protruded by a spring into a passage in the washer W while the tail protrudes outward. A pawl 16a facing the undersurface of the lever 31 is formed at the tip of a contact arm 16. In the case there is no washer in the specified position directly under a nail driver because all washers are gone or because of defective performance of feeding, the tail of the lever 31 is positioned right over the pawl 16a. At this time, the pawl 16a runs against the lever 31 and it is not possible to slide the contact arm 16 upward even if the arm 16 is pressed to the surface of a waterproof sheet, etc., and it is no more practicable to perform the trigger operation.
