PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a slightly yellowing weather-resistant epoxy-based fiberized resin and to provide both a weather-resistant structure comprising the resin as a binder and a weather- and water-resistant structure improved in bonding deterioration due to penetration of water. SOLUTION: This weather-resistant epoxy-based fiberized resin is obtained by kneading an alicyclic epoxy-based resin having a substituted aromatic benzene ring with fibers of ceramic wool, glass wool, a metal, carbon or a polymeric material having <=100μm fiber diameter and <=1 mm fiber length. The resultant resin is kneaded alone or as a binder with an aggregate of an inorganic material and formed into the weather-resistant structure. The weather- and water-resistant epoxy-based fiberized resin prepared by adding a peeling preventing agent such as a silane coupling agent to the above weather-resistant epoxy-based fiberized resin as the binder is kneaded with an inorganic aggregate and solidified to form the weather- and water-resistant structure.
