PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a handy type tape cutter easily producing an adhesive tape (responding to all types of tapes such as cellulose tape, masking tape, and adhesive plaster) easily peeled off in peeling and having nonadhesive ends in both faces. SOLUTION: When the tape is drawn out from a tape wind C with its adhesive face Ta facing upward and is cut by a cutter blade B, a projection A having an adhesive force and temporarily fixing the tape by being stuck to the nonadhesive face Tb of the tape near the cutter blade B is provided between a tape installation drum D of the frame F and the cutter blade B, the end Tf of the tape is folded back in the direction of the projection A with fingers using the temporary fixed state of the tape by the projection A, and the adhesive faces are press fitted to each other so that the nonadhesive parts are formed in the both faces of the tape end.
