<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a continuous flow type pyrolytic apparatus of a high operational efficiency by which a continuous pyrolytic treatment of a matter to be treated can be carried out. SOLUTION: In the pyrolytic apparatus for matters to be decomposed by evacuating and heating a crucible for holding the matters, a rotary kiln 3 is supported on its both sides by a frame 2. A cylindrical crucible is installed in the direction of the central axis of the kiln 3. In the crucible, a spiral groove is formed axially on the inside periphery of the hollow part to hold the matters to be treated. Both end sides of the crucible are closed with a charging mouth 6 and a discharging mouth 1, and both the ends are supported by the frame. A closing device is provided doubly for each of the mouths 6 and 7. A suction pipe 18 is installed at the mouth 7 for evacuating and exhausting gases generated in the pyrolytic process of matters to be treated. The kiln 3 is provided with a drive unit for rotating the kiln.</p> |
