PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a sandwich foam having no sink or warpage on its surface, excellent tin surface appearance and having uniform foamed cells through the thickness of the foamed object is large by using a recycled plastic material. SOLUTION: A molten resin for a core layer in which a fluid of carbon dioxide is dissolved is obtained from a recycled plastic material by an extruder and stored in a first injection plunger device. A molten resin of r a skin layer is stored in a second injection plunger device and injected in a cavity and, subsequently, the molten resin for the core layer is injected in the cavity from the first injection plunger device and foamed to obtain a sandwich foam of which the surface comprises a solid resin.
