An absorbent article with a wetness indicator is disclosed. The absorbent article comprises a liquid pervious topsheet, a moisture pervious, liquid impervious back side cover, an absorbent core interposed therebetween. The wetness indicator is disposed between the back side cover and the absorbent core. The moisture pervious, liquid impervious back side cover has a moisture vapor transmission rate of not less than, 1,000 g/m<2>/24hr. The wetness indicator remains visually inactive for at least 2 hours in the air of 85 % RH at 35 DEG C. |
