<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease decomposing and purifying device capable of decomposing and purifying grease in waste water floating and being accumulated on a water surface in a collection part of a grease trap installed, for example, in a kitchen and a cooking place in a restaurant and a hotel by activating aerobic decomposition microorganism efficiently and a grease trap using the same. SOLUTION: Air bubbles generated by an air bubble generation means 18 in an oxygen supply chamber 13 are made to rise toward an outlet part continuously through each deformation passage part 122, 123, 126, 127 which is a longitudinal direction passage 11 from an inlet part of an air-liquid contact part 12, and grease in the vicinity of an upper face of waste water in a drainage tank is suctioned from an upper end opening part 17a of a grease suction pipe 17 by the drift effect, is taken into the oxygen supply chamber 13, and is made to rise in the longitudinal direction passage 11 together with the air bubbles for air-liquid contact.</p> |
