摘要 PURPOSE: To facilitate the arrangement of optical glass perpendicularly to the axial direction of a hole, to enhance airtightness and to lower light transmission loss by pressing the optical glass via a sealing member to a step part formed in mid-way of this hole. CONSTITUTION: The step part 10c and the sealing member 31 which is a rubber O-ring pressed to the inside wall surface of the large-diameter hole 10a are mounted at the hole. Next, the optical glass 41 and a hollow rubber gasket 50 are superposed and inserted therein. Further, a hollow O-ring retainer 60 to retain the respective members is mounted and is locked by bolting. A receptacle collimator 22 is mounted at this O-ring retainer 60. On the other hand, a receptacle collimator 23 on the other side is mounted in the small-diameter hole 10b. The optical glass 41 is, therefore, mounted via the sealing member 31 at the step part 10c formed perpendicularly to the axial line of the hole 10. The optical glass 41 is eventually fixed perpendicularly to the optical axis and the stable coupling of the optical axis is executed.
