A pharmaceutical composition containing a compound of general formula (I) or a salt thereof and at least one member selected from among cyclodextrins, derivatives of the same and salts of both [wherein R<1> is C1-4 alkyl or optionally substituted C6-14 aryl; R<2> and R<3> are each independently hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl, or alternatively R<2> and R<3> together with the carbon atom to which they are bonded may form a ring having 3 to 7 carbon atoms; and R<4> is lower alkyl which may have a substituent selected from the group consisting of aryl, cycloalkyl and aromatic heterocyclic groups]. This composition is improved in the water solubility, stability or tissue distribution of compound (I).
