PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement asphalt coating material and a repairing material which is well and simply applicable to the execution at a low temperature of <=5 deg.C. SOLUTION: The cement asphalt mortar coating material comprises (A) 50-95 pts. mass (meth)acrylic ester monomer, (B) 5-50 pts. mass polymer soluble in monomer (A) and/or oligomer having a (meth)acryloyl group, and (C) 0-30 pts. mass [based on 100 pts. mass of the sum of component (A) and component (B)] plasticizer as the major components. The repairing material uses a reinforcing material, aggregate, a cement asphalt molding material in addition to this coating material.
