PURPOSE: A health bicycle for physical therapy is provided which makes it possible for a person to effectively exercise every part of the body by simultaneously performing a rotating motion of a pedal and a rotating motion of a handle. CONSTITUTION: The health bicycle for physical therapy, wherein both sides of pedal(40) and a handle(50) being adhered to a support frame(32) exercise a rotary motion at the same time by driving the both sides of pedal, comprises: (i) a foot protecting support(42) which is installed on the pedal; (ii) a rotating control handle(120) which fixes a chair(110) by vertically rotating the chair to a right side or a left side; and (iii) a moving control handle(130) which moves a chair-installed moving support(100) forward or backward on a large plate or fixes the chair-installed moving support.
