PURPOSE: A waveguide optic matrix switch is provided to produce a uniformal laser light reducing insertion loss or crosstalk and to enable a witching driving using low power and to divide the input laser light. CONSTITUTION: In the one-by-two waveguide optic matrix switch, an input port(310) receives a laser light. A first and second output ports(320,330) produce the output of the input laser light. A pair of simple electrodes(341,342) receive electric field to couple the input laser light. Here, one(341) of the pair is connected to the power supply(Vc) and the other(342) is grounded. Coupling means that the laser light input through the input port(310) is sent to the second output port(330) and a coupling occurs when the electrodes(341,342) receive the electric field.
