发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING ACROLEIN AND ACRYLIC ACID
摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing acrolein and acrylic acid, by which the acrolein and the acrylic acid can be obtained in high yields, by oxidizing propylene in the presence of a Mo-Bi-Fe based compound oxide catalyst in fixed bed multitubular type reactors in which the catalyst layers are divided into plural catalyst layers, respectively, where the catalyst changed in the contents of Bi and Fe is charged so that the contents of the Bi and the Fe are decreased from inlets for the gas of the raw material to exits. CONSTITUTION: This method for producing acrolein and acrylic acid comprises catalytically oxidizing propylene with molecular oxygen (-containing gas) in a gaseous phase in the presence of a compound oxide catalyst of the formula: MoaWbBicFedAeBfCgDhOx (A is Co or Ni; B is P, Bb or the like; C is an alkali metal or Tl; D is Si, Al or the like; (a) to (h) and (x) are each the atomic numbers of Mo to O, respectively; when (a) is 12, (b) is o to 5; (c) is 0.1 to 10; (d) is 0.1 to 10; (e) is 1 to 20; (f) is 0 to 5; (g) is 0.001 to 3; (h) is 0 to 30; and (x) is a number determined by an oxidation state) in fixed bed multitubular type reactors whose catalyst layers are divided into two or more layers in the tube axis directions, respectively, and in which the catalyst changed in the contents of Bi and Fe is charged so that the contents of the Bi and the Fe are decreased from inlets for the gas of the raw material to exits.
