PURPOSE: A drawing apparatus and a method capable of producing a non-woven fabric web having a small number of density spots and uniform thickness by the reduction of entanglement of filaments in the paths of the drawing unit are provided. The occurrence of difference in fineness of filaments is suppressed and the productivity of a non-woven fabric web structure is increased. CONSTITUTION: The drawing apparatus(3) comprises: two or more slits(10) extending in a widthwise direction of a collecting conveyor(6); each slit containing an inlet for sucking groups of filaments(2) extruded from a spinneret(1); a path in which air currents flowing in a suction direction is formed for drawing the groups of filaments; and an outlet for blowing out the groups of filaments towards the collecting conveyor after the drawing.
