PURPOSE: An ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, a polyethylene composition and a film prepared by using the composition are provided, to improve its gloss, the transparence, the anti-blocking property and the sliding property. CONSTITUTION: The ethylene-α-olefin copolymer is prepared by a gas phase polymerization in the presence of a catalyst and is such that a melt flow rate (MFR) is 0.3-5.0 g/10 min, a melt flow rate ratio (MFRR) is greater than 20, a density (d) is 0.910-0.930 g/cm¬3, and a cold xylene-soluble part (CXS) (wt%) is represented by 1.5 x 10¬-4 xd¬-125 xMFR¬0.5 + 0.3≧CXS. The polyethylene composition comprises 60-95 wt% of the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer; 5-40 wt% of a low density polyethylene which is prepared by a high pressure radical polymerization; and optionally 0.05-0.60 parts by weight of an anti-blocking agent and 0.05-0.35 parts by weight of a lubricant based on 100 parts by weight of the first two components. |
