PURPOSE: An exhaust manifold for a ship engine is provided to maximize the heat exchange efficiency by surrounding a cooling water circulation tube with an exhaust gas tube and reduce the weight of the exhaust manifold, thereby improving the stability and simplifying the installation work. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust manifold for a ship engine includes an exhaust gas tube formed with outlets(4b) mounted in the center of a cooling water circulation tube(2), wherein the exhaust gas tube is positioned in the center of the circulation tube by fusing one ends of the outlets to an outer periphery of the cooling water circulation tube, the exhaust gas tube is integrated with the cooling water circulation tube by casting cast steel, and the cooling water circulation tube is formed with inlets(2a) and outlets folded with curved surfaces and sealed by flanges.
