PURPOSE: Provided is a foaming decal paper for printing desired patterns three-dimensionally on the surface of clothes and plastic goods by heating the bubbling decal paper with an iron. CONSTITUTION: The decal paper is produced by a process comprising the steps of: printing the desired patterns on the decal paper by a silkscreen; offsetting the silkscreen print; performing a bubble silkscreen on the offset print by using an aqueous urethane material as a bubbling material; spreading a bond on the bubble silkscreen; performing surface treatment.
