SWITCH ASSEMBLY FOR ELECTRONIC SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A switch assembly for an electronic system is provided to prevent a PCB from being moved even though excessive pushing operation of a plurality of knobs by rigidly holding the PCB contacted with the knobs. CONSTITUTION: A switch body(106) has a plurality of openings formed in perpendicular direction to one surface of a housing of a monitor. A plurality of knobs(114) are mounted on the switch body(106) to be fitted to the plurality of openings and are exposed to be perpendicular to a front surface of the monitor. A PCB(108) is positioned on the same line as of the knobs within the housing, and is contacted with the knobs(114) to generate electrical signals when the knobs are compressed by the housing. A plurality of ribs have a hook structure to hold the rear surface of the PCB(108), thereby rigidly mounting the PCB(108) against the switch body(106).
