PURPOSE: A latent heat storage type flow temperature storage device is provided, in which a storage space having minimized temperature difference is arranged by utilizing a latent heat storage material, to thereby lengthen food storage duration and improve energy efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A storage device comprises a case(20) having a thermostatic reservoir(22) filled with a latent heat material; a storage container(24) accommodated into the case; an evaporator(26) disposed within the thermostatic reservoir, and where the refrigerant introduced from an expansion valve(14) through an inlet(28) is heat-exchanged, discharged through an outlet(29) and fed to a compressor(10); and a door(30) mounted onto the case to be opened/closed via a hinge(32). The evaporator surrounds the outer wall of the storage container with a predetermined spacing between the outer wall and the evaporator, and is extended beneath the storage container. A seal packing(34) is arranged between the case and the door.
