NOISE PREVENTIVE DEVICE FOR AIR CYLINDER

PURPOSE: A noise preventive device for an air cylinder is provided to reduce the noises generated from the air cylinder during cutting a powdered soup pack input to a noodle pack. CONSTITUTION: When inputting air into a cylinder(12) through an air supply valve(14a) on a left side, an actuating plate(16) moves promptly rightward by the force of air. Simultaneously, a stop plate(22) located on the left of the cylinder rapidly moves to bump a right damper plate. Herein, the damper plate reduces the noises generated during the collision of the stop plate. Afterward, a cutting blade(20) cuts a powdered soup pack in pieces and air is supplied into the cylinder by an air supply valve(14b)on the right side enabling the actuating plate to be directed from the right to the left. The stop plate moves in the same direction as the operating plate to collide with the damper plate. Likewise, the stop plate bumps the damper plate absorbing shocks for damping noises.
