PURPOSE: A high pressure accumulator of a modulator block for an anti-lock brake system effectively damps the pressure pulsation of a pump. CONSTITUTION: A high pressure accumulator(60) of a modulator block for an anti-lock brake system varies the inner volume of a compressive chamber(61) by the longitudinal movement of a stopper(64) which is corking one end of the compressive chamber(61). Thus, the pressure pulsation of a pump is effectively damped, thereby maintaining the pressure of oil outputted through the outlet(63) of the compressive chamber(61), stable. Therefore, the operation noise of the anti-lock brake system is reduced and the vibration of a brake pedal due to the pressure pulsation is prevented.
