PURPOSE: A method for conveying mails electronically is provided to send a mail to others with the cheap cost rapidly by using the internet and in order that a receiver feels more mood about printed contents than electronic data. CONSTITUTION: In the method for conveying mails electronically, a few stages are included. In the first stage(S11), the document data about the mail to be sent are received with the mail address of the destination through the communication net. In the second stage(S12), the mail server, to which the document data are sent, is decided according to the stored routing information. In the third stage(S14), the electronic mail is sent with the mail address of the destination. In the fourth stages(S15,16), the received document data are printed and the printed mail is conveyed to the destination appropriated to the received mail address.
