<p>PURPOSE: An pre-vulcanized adhesive waterproof sheet strongly adheres to the whole area of material even with moisture or pollutant. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive waterproof sheet producing method comprises three steps. The first step is to put vulcanization aiding agent, sticking agent, softener and filler to rubber primary material natural or synthetic and mix and mix in an open roller with vulcanization agent to form rubber material. The second step is to roll the rubber material to form a waterproof sheet. The third material is to stick stripping papers to both surfaces of the waterproof sheet and cut. A construction method comprises two steps. The first step is to stick one side surface of the waterproof sheet to a surface to be waterproofed. The second step is to stick wet mortar to the other side surface of the waterproof sheet. The pre-vulcanized waterproof sheet is gradually converted into vulcanized rubber.</p> |
