<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a phosphate-containing pigment composition, which can be used for coloring polymer materials such as paints, plastics, and print ink and shows excellent color strength. CONSTITUTION: The pigment composition contains: (A) 50-99wt% of an inorganic pigment selected from the group consisting of a bismuth vanadate pigment and a rutile pigment; (B) 1-50wt% of a phosphate. And a process for producing the pigment composition contains the steps of: wet-milling the crude pigment from synthesis with the phosphate; and drying the milled pigment emulsion.</p> |
