<p>PURPOSE: To provide a heat-resistant heat conductive silicone rubber composite sheet excellent in heat conductivity, having sufficient strength, not generating the adhesion to a pressure tool due to the self-adhesiveness of rubber and excellent in workability. CONSTITUTION: A heat-resistant resin film layer is provided to at least one surface of a silicone rubber sheet. The silicone rubber sheet is formed by molding a silicone rubber compsn. consisting of 100 pts.wt. of (A) organopolysiloxane with a mean polymn. degree of 200 or more, 0-150 pts.wt. of (B) carbon black of which the content of a voltaile component excepting moisture is 5 wt.% or less, 0-1,600 pts.wt. of at least one component selected from a metal, metal oxide, metal nitride and metal carbide and (D) a curing agent and characterized by that the sum total amt. of the components (B), (C) is 10-1,600 pts.wt. and the content of the volatile component of this sheet is 0.2 wt.% or less when the sheet is heated to 150 deg.C or higher for 3 hr.</p> |
