PURPOSE: Provided is a light- and electron-conductive polymer, that is, a polymer which can be used for an electroluminescence(EL) device. CONSTITUTION: A diketopyrrolopyrrole of formula(2) comprises a polymer or a copolymer containing units represented by the formula(1) (wherein, x is 0.005-1, y is 0-0.995, and the sum of x and y is 1; Ar1 and Ar2 are the groups represented by the formulas in the description, respectively; m and n are each an integer of 1-10; R1, R2, R3 and R4 are each H, C1-18 alkyl, -C(O)O-(C1-18 alkyl), perfluoro-C1-12 alkyl, unsubstituted C6-12 aryl or the like; R5 is preferably C1-12 alkyl, C1-12 alkoxy or the like).
