PURPOSE: To provide a suction type facial treatment apparatus having a clean suction attachment that is easy to clean. CONSTITUTION: A suction attachment 14 can be freely attached to and removed from a suction pump mechanism 3 driven by an electric motor and comprises a cylindrical body 7 open at both ends and a bowl-shaped body 11 formed with both a suction opening 12 being freely removably attachable to the outer surface of the cylindrical body 7 and wider than the outer surface of the cylindrical body 7 and a short cylindrical attaching part 13 whose inner surface is about equal in diameter to the outer surface of the cylindrical body 7. The suction attachment 14 can be adapted to both a relatively narrow part and a relatively wide part with the bowl-shaped body 11 attached to or removed from the cylindrical body 7, and the suction attachment 14 can be cleaned thoroughly by separating the cylindrical body 7 and the bowl-shaped body 11.
