PURPOSE: An immersion nozzle having a high life cycle for continuous casting is provided to contribute to quality improvement and operation stabilization of a strip by using an alumina-carbon-silicon carbide refractory in which flake-type graphite is suitably blended with spherical graphite not using molten silica in constructing the wall surface of the inner hole of a nozzle. CONSTITUTION: The immersion nozzle for continuous casting comprises 2 to 10 wt.% of silicon carbide (SiC); 25 to 40 wt.% of carbon (C) (where spherical graphite is 3 to 15 wt.%, and flake-type graphite is 10 to 37 wt.%); and a balance of alumina (Al2O3), wherein a particle size of the spherical graphite is 0.045 to 0.3mm.
