PURPOSE: A floor structure secures a multi purpose space to accommodate objects, simplifies structure thereof and minimizes increase of weight. CONSTITUTION: Fixing holes(10b, 14b) are formed on an upper placing surface(10a) of a front seat cross member(10) and a placing surface(14a) of a rear floor(14) respectively. Double staged floor(16) with objects accommodating opening(16a) formed on the upper surface thereof is placed on the placing surfaces(10a, 14a) of the front seat cross member(10) and the rear floor(14) and fixed to the fixing holes(10b, 14b) by a screw(18). As the double staged floor(16) is installed using the front seat cross member(10), the structure is simplified and the weight is reduced.
