PURPOSE: A steel product is provided to economically and more securely shield low frequencies having magnetic properties by appropriately controlling carbon content and grain size of the steel product. CONSTITUTION: The steel product for shielding low frequencies having magnetic properties has a carbon content of 0.07 wt.% or less of C and a grain size of ASTM No. 11 or less, wherein the steel product has 40 dB or more shielding capability for low frequencies having magnetic properties, wherein the carbon content is 0.002 to 0.07 wt.%, and a grain size is ASTM No. 6.5 to 11, wherein a yield strength of the steel product is 15 kg/mm2 or more, wherein one or more elements from Zn, Cu, Al, and Ni are plated on the surface of the steel product, wherein the low frequencies having magnetic properties are earth radiation, and wherein the steel product is a building material.
