KIMCHI STORAGE DEVICE CONTROLLED BY LAN-CONNECTED COMPUTER

PURPOSE: A kimchi storage device is provided to allow a remote server to manage the operation state of the home kimchi storage device and remotely control the kimchi storage device by connecting the control unit for controlling kimchi storage device and the server through LAN. CONSTITUTION: A kimchi storage device comprises a compressor(10) for compressing refrigerant; a condenser(20) for liquefying the compressed refrigerant; a dryer(30) for removing moisture from the refrigerant; a pressure reduction unit(40) for reducing pressure from the refrigerant passed through the dryer; an evaporator(50) mounted in a storage unit(90) so as to evaporate the refrigerant passed through the pressure reduction unit; a selection key input unit(70) for setting kimchi type and fermentation time and temperature; a temperature sensor(95) for sensing the temperature of the storage unit; a control unit(60) for controlling operation of the compressor; a display unit(80) for displaying operation state of the control unit; an electrical coil(100) for heating kimchi stored in the storage unit; a protocol implementation unit(110) for converting control signal which is output from the control unit into LAN communication protocol so as to allow communication over LAN; and a LAN connection unit(120) for connecting the packet converted by the protocol implementation unit to LAN.
