PURPOSE: An alloy steel composition having superior corrosion resistance under the condition of high temperature molten salts comprising chlorides and/or alkaline oxides, a method for manufacturing an alloy steel using the same and an alloy steel manufactured with the alloy steel composition are provided. CONSTITUTION: The alloy steel composition having superior corrosion resistance on high temperature molten salts comprises 20 to 40 wt.% of Ni, 0 to 8 wt.% of Cr, 0.05 wt.% or less of C, 0.5 wt.% or less of Si, 1.0 wt.% or less of Mn, 0.05 wt.% or less of S and a balance of Fe, wherein the molten salts comprise chlorides and/or alkaline oxides. The method for manufacturing an alloy steel comprises the step of casting the alloy steel composition having superior corrosion resistance on high temperature molten salts comprising 20 to 40 wt.% of Ni, 0 to 8 wt.% of Cr, 0.05 wt.% or less of C, 0.5 wt.% or less of Si, 1.0 wt.% or less of Mn, 0.05 wt.% or less of S and a balance of Fe, wherein the molten salts comprise chlorides and/or alkaline oxides, wherein the method further comprises the steps of hot rolling the heated alloy steel at a temperature of 1000 to 1200 deg.C after heating the casted alloy steel to a temperature of 1200 deg.C for 1 to 2 hours under the inert gas environment; and heat treating the hot rolled alloy steel to a temperature of 1000 to 1100 deg.C for 1 to 2 hours under the inert gas environment.
