PURPOSE: Provided is a clean water generator where water cluster formed around organics is effectively broken by resonance effect resulting from far infrared rays irradiated in the temperature range of 600 to 1200deg.C, equal to super critical temperature of water. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus consists of an outer casing (12) having an inlet (22) for storing raw water; a combustion pipe (14) through which combustion gas flow is installed through the outer casing (12); a first pipe (16) of which one side is opened is installed along the outer-side of the combustion pipe (14); a second pipe (18) installed along the outer-side of first pipe (16). A connection pipe (28) connects a closed side of first pipe (16) with the outside of outer casing (12) for flowing water into the inside of first pipe (16). Therefore, clean water is generated as flowing through the first pipe (16) and the second pipe (18).
