PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for separating an injection metal mold and an injection product are provided to prevent the injection product from being deformed and improve the quality by easily and promptly removing the injection product from the injection metal mold. CONSTITUTION: A method for separating an injection metal mold and an injection product includes the steps of lifting the injection product from a lower metal mold(10) with releasing press pressure of an upper metal mold(20) after cooling the injection product, injecting the air into a shaping surface of the metal mold where a push stick pin(11) is not installed and separating the whole injection product from the shaping surface with air pressure for adhering the injection product closely to the opposite shaping surface, removing the injection product from the metal mold by operating the push stick pin with separating the upper and lower metal molds.
