PURPOSE: A device for cleaning roll of a return duck of a bright annealing furnace is provided to periodically perform cleaning operation of rubber rolls during the operation of the device in a state that hydrogen gas in the inside of the return duct is not discharged or removed. CONSTITUTION: A device for cleaning roll of the return duck of the bright annealing furnace includes a movable part and a cleaning part. The movable part is mounted in the inside of a return duct of a bright annealing furnace and moves upper and lower rubber rolls(110) from the inside of the return duct to a side. The cleaning part cleans the surface of the rubber rolls in the inside of the sealed return duct to remove foreign matters.
