SURFACE EXCAVATOR OF BLENDING PILE

PURPOSE: A surface excavator of a blending pile is provided to facilitate the dispersing and collecting operation of the blending pile by a bucket, to supply more uniformly graded iron ores, raw materials, and to improve the productivity of the whole refinery. CONSTITUTION: A boom(110) is installed on the upper part of a traveling block(112) moving backward and forward. A horizontal moving member is installed to move left and right to the upper side of the boom. A hollow(130) is installed to move up and down to both sides of the horizontal moving member. A wheel(140) is operated to both sides of the hollow. A branding reclaimer has several buckets(150) installed to the outer circumferential direction of the wheel. A central shaft(10) is hinged to both sides of the horizontal moving member. A rotating member(20) is installed to rotate on both sides of the central shaft. An excavating device(30) is projected on front, rear, left and right sides to the outside of the rotating member. The lower part of the central shaft is equipped with spikes(40). The excavating device is rotated in the state driven on the blending pile in case of moving the horizontal moving member.
