PURPOSE: A multi-domain liquid crystal display device is to reduce a response time of a liquid crystal and enhance the luminance and a viewing angle thereof. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of gate interconnections(1) and a plurality of data interconnections(3) are formed on the first substrate in the first direction and the second direction, respectively, wherein the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. A plurality of thin film transistors(TFT) are formed on intersections of the gate interconnections and the data interconnections. A plurality of pixel areas is formed between each gate interconnection and each data interconnection. A common auxiliary electrode(15) is formed in an interior and a periphery of each pixel area. A plurality of pixel electrodes is formed on each pixel electrode, for being connected with the TFT. An electric field induction window is formed inside the pixel electrode in a plurality of predetermined directions. An alignment film is formed on the first substrate or the second substrate. A liquid crystal layer is formed between the first and the second substrates. |
