Embossed laminated PVC foils Foils are produced by placing two superposed foils two platens, one of which is provided with recesses in its surface, heating the foils to a temp. at which they are plastic, pressing the platens together and applying vacuum to the recesses. The foils are bonded to each other at locations between the recesses. Front foil is made of soft PVC and the rear foil is made of hard PVC. |
