MEAT ROASTING PLATES OF DOUBLE JOINTED TYPE

PURPOSE: A meat roasting plates of double jointed type is provided to effectively roast the meat well done, by heating an upper plate through a radiant heat of a lower plate, so the burning of the meat is prevented. CONSTITUTION: A lower plate(10) has radially inner fired holes(14) and outer fired holes(15) on a convex plate. An upper plate(20) has radially inner fired holes(22) and outer fired holes(23) on a more convex plate than the lower plate. A stay space for a radiant heat is formed between the lower plate and the upper plate. Surfaces of the lower plate and the upper plate are painted by a fireproof paint, which is mixed with jade powers.
