PURPOSE: To provide a system and a method to generate a carrier signal that is to be fed to a digital modulator. CONSTITUTION: The method for the embodiment includes the supply of a plurality of repetitive sequences (PMSE, PLSB, PMDSB, μ, 18 μ) for a value generated at a prescribed sample rate. A plurality of the repetitive sequences is synthesized (Figure 15) according to a polynomial function to generate 1st and 2nd synthesis values (±R, ±I) denoting respectively real part components and imaginary part components of a complex carrier.
