PURPOSE: Disclosed are a conductive filter and a preparing method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The conductive filter is prepared from an emulsion solution that is mixed with 5-15 wt% of a conductive filler, 60-90 wt% of a soluble resin, 0.5-2.5 wt% of an acryl copolymer thickener, 0.5-5 wt% of a foaming agent, 0.5-4 wt% of a bubble stabilizer, 0.1-1 wt% of a surfactant, 5-20 wt% of an inorganic packing agent, and 0.2-1 wt% of a bridging material. In addition, 0.5-3 wt% of a crack preventing agent and 0.1-0.15 wt% of an antiseptic may be used. Carbon powder, graphite powder, metal powder, or filament of metal wire is used as the conductive filler. The emulsion solution is injected into the bubble generator to produce the resin bubbles with air blowing. The bubbles are coated on the surface of fiber in the bubble laminating machine. The conductive filter is prepared by the thermal treatment of the coated fiber at 90-170 deg.C. The coating depth on the fiber is 0.1-3 mm.
