PURPOSE: A mounding structure is provided to give driving force on pedals of a gear crank with an optimum force when traveling with a bicycle on an uphill road and to maneuver the bicycle at a stable seating attitude. CONSTITUTION: A fork type seat post(13) is unrotatably provided at a seat post at a connection part of a stand tube and a rear fork of a bicycle and an upper pipe. On the seat post(13), a main saddle(15) is provided at a rear side and a sub-saddle(19) is provided at a front side movable in height. As a result, a driver keeps a stable attitude in a seated state on the sub-saddle, driving force can be effectively transferred on a rear wheel with an optimum factor to travel smoothly comfortably and safely.
