PURPOSE: A device for lubricating an internal combustion engine is provided to prevent the lubrication oil for reducing the friction resistance of friction portions due to the reciprocation motion of pistons from being introduced into a crank chamber. CONSTITUTION: A device for lubricating an internal combustion engine includes a crank case(100) formed with a first lubrication oil injection path(102) and a first lubrication discharge path(104) respectively penetrating a main bearing(120), a first supply flow channel(202) and a first discharge flow channel(204) respectively penetrating a crank arm(220) having a crank journal(210) and a balance weight(230) and a crank pin(240) to be communicated to the lubrication oil injection path and the first lubrication discharge path, a connecting rod(300) formed with a second supply flow channel(302) and a second discharge flow channel(304) respectively penetrating large and small diameter parts(310,330) to be communicated with the first supply and the first discharge flow channels, a piston(400) formed with a third supply flow channel(402) and a third discharge flow channel(404) respectively communicated with the second supply and discharge flow channels at a side of the piston and adjacent to an inner wall of a cylinder case(600) at the other side of the piston, and a piston formed with a circulation groove(502) on an outer periphery to be communicated with the third supply and discharge flow channels, wherein the journal lubrication grooves(212,214) and pin lubrication grooves(242,244) are formed on outer peripheral surfaces of the crank journal and the crank pin to be penetrated by the first supply and discharge flow channels.
