PURPOSE: Disclosed is a hair dryer to prevent generation of electro magnetic field and damage of hair using lamp as heat source. CONSTITUTION: The hair dryer consists of a power supplier(11) to provide by changing inputted common AC power source to voltage level necessary for each part; a lamp(12) used as a heat source; a lamp driving part(13) to generate heat in the lamp(12) with power source provided from the power supplier(11); a fan motor(15) to inhale outer air and to exhaust through the lamp(12); a fan motor driving part(16) to drive the fan motor(15) with power source provided from the power supplier(11); a selecting part of motion state(17) to select motion state of hair dryer by user; a control part(18) to control motion of the lamp driving part(13) and the fan motor driving part(16) fitting to motion state selected by user through the selecting part of motion state(17).
